    About

    This 50 minute full-body workout will challenge and improve the strength and co-ordination of every area of your body. It is a fun way to get fit and toned while including all the elements of boxing training.

    Workout features of Class

    • Skipping/jogging as a cardio warm-up
    • Boxing circuit: hitting different kinds of bags & speed-balls, being taken on pads, sparring/shadow boxing in the ring
    • Conditioning: this includes your full-body toning with exercises such as sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges and many more
    • Stretching: cooling down the muscles by doing some stretching exercises

    This class is dedicated to the people who would like to train for the amateur boxing tournaments. Jab Boxing Fitness Club is a registered amateur boxing club as Northcliff Boxing Club. We are putting together a great team of amateur boxers to compete!
